3 days of motivational workshop.
no doubt, it was tiring,
did want to give up in the midst,
but manage to perservere.
what those coaches had taught us,
it was useful,
it let me realise so much more than i usually do.
it let me understand friendship
it let me know alot of things whick i previously dont.

i dont want to be left behind.
neither do i want to leave anyone behind.

Alls well ends well.
will miss the coaches very much.
